We are a female founded boutique accounting practice providing expert witness and forensic accounting services.  

Our founders are chartered accountants and fellows of the ICAEW, with a combined 70 years’ experience in this field, and are all recommended experts in Who’s Who Legal. 

In December 2022 we launched our specialist practice, offering Big Four quality service with the flexibility and responsiveness that comes from a small, dedicated team without the independence concerns that come from other service lines.

Our four partners act as experts in litigation, arbitration (including investment treaty claims) and expert determinations, dealing with accounting, financial and valuation issues.  

We can help at all stages of a case, from preliminary views on damages when deciding whether to launch proceedings or seek funding, through mediation and settlement discussions, to formal expert appointments.  

We act for claimants, respondents/defendants, tribunals, funders, buyers or sellers in M&A disputes, as experts, advisors, shadow experts and as independent expert determiners.

We provide our services in many sectors and across the world (we have acted in recent cases in Africa, Asia, Europe, Middle East, and Latin and North America).
